I’m a coach who works at the edges of things — where loss meets identity, where queerness meets a world that keeps asking for footnotes, where men who don’t have a language for grief are quietly drowning in it.
Queer man, music nerd, part-time singer, recovering arts administrator, end-of-life specialist — which means I’m comfortable with silence, I’m not scared of the hard stuff, and I will absolutely laugh with you, sometimes in the same session. The longer story’s on my About page.

What I'm Made Of
I believe grief is sacred, not a problem to solve. I believe the people who hold space for everyone else need somewhere to go, too. I believe queer people deserve coaching spaces that don’t ask them to translate themselves.
I also believe in ritual, in music, in the kind of community where people actually show up for each other. These things aren’t separate from my coaching — they’re the whole reason I do it.
